DARRYL J. SIMPSON, CEO Darryl J. Simpson is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. He possesses 21 years of Banking and Investment Services experience obtained by working for many of America's strongest and most respected financial institution. These institutions include J. P. Morgan Chase Investments, CitiStreet, Washington Mutual and Fidelity Investments. Mr. Simpson has earned NASD Securities License Series 7, 63 as well as his Life/Health/Variable Annuity Licenses. He also attended University of Southwestern Louisiana and studied Accounting. And he is currently enrolled in the College of Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado.

More importantly, Mr. Simpson is a man of faith and integrity. He has served as the Children & Youth Coordinator for The Temple Church of Nashville, Tennessee under the mentorship of Dr. Michael Lee Graves.

He and his wife Dr. Paula G. Tumer-Simpson reside in Lake Dallas, Texas and serve as members ofAntioch Christian Fellowship in Corinth, Texas, under the guidance of Pastor Christopher J. Respass.

BEANNA N. BUSBY, VICE PRESIDENT OF ADMINISTRATION
Beanna N. Busby is a native ofTerrell, Texas. She acquired 20 plus years of solid Banking and Operations experience while employed with several of Texas' finest financial institutions such as Preston National Bank, Texas Capital Bank, North Dallas Bank & Trust and Guaranty Federal Bank. She attended Henderson County Junior College and The American Institute of Banking.

Mrs. Busby is currently a member of the Mount Olive Baptist Church of Terrell, Texas and resides in Mesquite, Texas with her husband Reginald Busby.
